Field Restoration
HOW IT WORKS
One of the first signs of a bad drain field is a sewage backup into your home. You may notice a foul smell or, worse yet, see septic system backup in the drains in your showers, tubs, and sinks. Often, you may notice a smell or see water around the drain field site. This means you need a prompt inspection.
COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL
Once a drain field goes bad, the ground starts to settle and compact. With our Terralift machine, we can go under the stone of the drain field and easily open the ground back up without having to dig up the entire area. Our machine blows air pressure under the ground to raise it up so water can drain freely through the stone again. With minimal disruption to your lawn, you will have a free-flowing drain field in no time - often in just a couple of hours.
RESTORATION COSTS
The digging of a new drain field could cost you from $8,000 to $10,000. We base our drain field restoration rates on the square footage necessary to clear the field. Most drain fields are about 600 sq. ft. and cost less than $1,000 to restore. We provide a one-year warranty on our drain field restoration projects with results that have been known to last for up to 12 years. We would be happy to come out and give you a free estimate.
